ISPROX is a Human Resources consultancy based in Tàrrega (Spain) but also located throughout Spain, France, Portugal and the Netherlands.
For 2 and a half years I was able to participate in its exponential growth, in which the marketing department also did it, managing to go from 13,000 followers to 70,000 and with a 300% increase in visitors to the website.
Among the tasks I performed, I can highlight:
- Management of daily content on the web, YouTube, social networks and our own intranet.
- Management of the corporate website using Wordpress.
- Creation of pages such as job offers.
- Help in the creation and improvement of an Intranet and a CRM, with the daily management of their incidences.
- Creation of a Brand Book to maintain a consistent graphic and corporate line.
- Management of the annual event (presentations, stands, creativity, gifts...)
- Creation of a line of gifts and corporate objects for internal communication (sweatshirts, sports shirts, lanyards, folders...)
- CSR and Teambuilding campaigns.
- Creative designs.
It was a holistic job where I learned everything but, above all, how to manage my time, my Workflow, and to discover many tools and ways of working in a team.
